How to Save Instagram Highlights (Full Albums)
Highlights are collections of past stories that stay on a profile. If you want to keep a full highlight — for example a travel album or a tutorial series — you can download every photo and video in it with an Instagram highlights downloader.
What are Instagram highlights?
Highlights are saved stories that appear below the bio on a profile. They're grouped by theme (e.g. Travel, Recipes, Behind the Scenes). Each highlight can contain many photos and videos. Unlike regular stories, they don't disappear after 24 hours — but you still can't download them directly from the app. That's where a highlight downloader helps.
Download highlights by username
On our Highlights page, enter the account's username. After the profile loads, open the Highlights tab. You'll see all of their highlight covers; open one to get the list of items inside. Each item can be previewed and downloaded individually.
You get the full album: every image and video in that highlight in the best quality available. This is perfect for saving tutorial series, event coverage, or any curated set of stories. No login required; just the username of a public account.
Using a highlight URL
If you have a direct link to a highlight (from the app or web), paste it into the search box. You'll get that highlight's content so you can save the whole set.
Highlight URLs look like: instagram.com/stories/highlights/123456789/. When you paste this, we load only that highlight's media. Use this when someone shares a specific highlight or when you've bookmarked one.
